      How Does Dockmate Reseller Program work?

      Here is a basic outline of How Dockmate interacts with Resellers

      The Reseller process flows like this:

      1. You submit a PO at Reseller pricing This pricing includes Installation.
      2. We send you the “Next steps” email to gather the following info:

      -helm picture

      -customer info form

      -estimated day of installation 

      1. Dockmate chooses and sends PO to an installer.
      2. Installer and customer confirm actual day of installation  Usually within 48 hours
      3. Once installation is complete and Installation Checklist is received, Dockmate pays the installer.
